Hello! I am a librarian at the North Castle Public Library, where you recently gave a presentation about your books and your cooking. Our custodian, Steve Gallo, filmed your presentation and I just finished editing it. I have a copy to send you if you will let me know where to mail it.

Thanks for the presentation, which was very interesting. And I love your book! (My sister Deirdre, from the Mount Kisco library, got it for me at BEA.)

    Hi Rinku,
Thanks for a lovely afternoon of Indian cuisine today at Recologie.
I realized during the class that I recognized you from your Lohud column and various blog posts. I’ve always enjoyed reading your posts and, again, want to say thanks and to compliment you on your delicious presentation.

I am having trouble with this recipe – I put the milk in my Instant Pot on Saute and clicked the Saute button again and it went to the “more” not the “less” or “normal” setting. The liquid looks really hot and the readout says “HOT” and when I put my heated spatula in it I can feel crust on the bottom of the pan. It’ll cook for 30 minutes and then turn off but it hasn’t gotten to a boil yet and it’s been awhile. Don’t know what I’m doing wrong. It doesn’t look thick at all but there is a crust on the top of the milk. HELP!!!

I would like to find out more about setting up a private cooking class for my husband and myself as a birthday present for him. Where in Westchester are you located, and can you tell me how to reach you to discuss rates, dates, etc? Thanks.

Also, which Instant Pot do you use? Seems like there are many out there with different features. Want one that will be easy with your recipes!
