Five Pasta Dishes for you Instant Pot/Electric Pressure Cooker

Somewhere between anticipation and groaning I get ready to welcome another school year.  It is time to welcome Pasta Dishes. I know there are not that many left. Aadi my baby is actually high school bound.  Along with everything, there is the back-to-school meal routine.

Pasta is a never fail meal in my house.

As we all know I am a huge fan of Instant pot pasta.

Here are five recipes that will help you get your instant pasta groove on.

My Favorite Instant Pot Pasta Dishes

Instant Pot Spaghetti and Meatballs

One: Spaghetti with Meatballs

So, first up I will tell you, most of my pasta recipes are not terribly particular about the shape of the pasta. For example spaghetti equals any long pasta. Any thing like gremelli to other spirals is a good substitute for Penne. I think you get the drift.

So number one is my version of spaghetti with meatballs.

This one is the survivor of many taste tests. In general, I work with chicken or turkey. You can decide your choice of meat for this one.

Pasta Arriabiata (instant pot)

Two: Pasta Arrabiata

A basic spicy recipe for Arriabiata or the angry pasta cannot be easier. The spice in this dish can be added up or down, with vegetables if you so desire.  By the way, there are some good arrabiata sauces available in the grocery stores these days. Just saying…

Three: Spicy Cauliflower with Broccoli Raab, Caulflower

A creamy cauliflower based based is number three. I can never have enough cauflower in my life.  Search cauliflower and you will be surprised to see the number of recipes you will find on this site.

Instant pot spicy turkey bolognese

Number Four- Veggie Loaded Bolognese

This Spicy Veggie Loaded Turkey Bolognese, is guilt free and wholesome.

Last but not the least is my Penne A La Vodka, a never fail recipe in my house. My post offers you a non-alcoholic version, with instructions for roasted broccoli on the side.

Here is wishing everyone a very happy September. I can feel fall in the air, can you?
